We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19
situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for
everyone — a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
For many of our clients, we are the “certainty” in “uncertain”
situations, and we are committed to continue to be just that! We
often are also the source of alternatives and solutions that
would not have otherwise been considered, and we are hopeful
that COVID-19 and our responses to it can change our society for
the better!
In light of the current events
relating to coronavirus, please note that while our office is
operating on a reduced schedule we continue to respond to
telephone calls, e-mails, and faxes. We are also monitoring
court dockets and websites to keep up to date with how the
situation is impacting court matters
As of now, all non-emergency civil
court matters are being continued to future dates. We will
advise individuals of rescheduled court dates as we are informed
by the court. . (Some of you have already received email from us
advising you of the rescheduling of your cases to May dates.)
Furthermore, HUD has issued a moratorium on foreclosures and
evictions through April. We will keep you advised as the
situation develops.
